I don’t believe that Transit ranking is taking into consideration the Airports which for business travellers this would be a major concern. Downtown neighbourhoods appear to thrive when Transit and Entertainment are figured high on your ranking. I suppose young single demographics would choose these as scaling more important on their radars as opposed to young families where health and schools rank higher.

Most of your luxury buildings are down by the water with the rest on the Transit Subway lines. Parking spots are going from $12-30,000 and lockers around $3000. currently.
