As a single gal ideally I’d like to live in a centrally located condo not far from my family but also with easy access to downtown and countless amenities.

Isn’t it convenient that we have a listing just like that? I’m not in the market at the moment but anyone who is “Buying Herself” or looking for an optimally located condo should definitely check out Twenty Gothic.

Gothic Avenue’s only access is off of Quebec Avenue; it’s one block north of Bloor St West. A short walk to the TTC, High Park and Bloor West Village but just out of reach of the hustle and bustle.

The condo is a community within a community. There is no need to clutter up your personal space with a treadmill, or scale back party guests to fit your condo. With plenty of amenities available Twenty Gothic proves it’s a perfect fit for your life.

Get a complete workout in the onsite gym, have friends over to screen the latest UFC fight in the screening room perhaps even celebrate life’s biggest moments with family and friends in the party room. With 9ft ceilings and a large square balcony Suite 502 overlooks the common area terrace with its patio furniture and BBQ.

Countless shops, trails, restaurants, pubs, doctor’s offices and more are at your doorstep. Grab drinks at the Kennedy Public House, share a plate of perogies at Amber restaurant, buy a new bedspread at Beddington’s or get a personal trainer at System Fitness. It’s all a stones throw from Twenty Gothic.

Walk down through High Park in early spring and enjoy the cherry blossoms, which is a stunning sight. Visit the Llamas in the petting Zoo, enjoy brunch at the Grenadier Café or hop on the TTC and be downtown in no time.

The possibilities for this location are endless. Use Twenty Gothic as a jumping off point. Get where you’re going with all the best life has to offer at your doorstep.
